NEW YORK.- Business software company Oracle Corp said it agreed to buy Netsure Telecom Ltd, a maker of network related software, for an undisclosed sum.
The addition of Netsure’s products will help Oracle’s clients make better use of their networks, the company said in a statement, late Sunday.
The deal with Dublin, Ireland-based Netsure is expected to close later this month.
