Intel’s investment arm, Intel Capital, agreed to invest $40 million in Neusoft Group, the biggest Chinese outsourcing company and one of its largest software firms. The market research firm IDC estimates that the offshore software development market size will hit $4 billion in annual revenue by 2009.
